Dear friends,

I am happy to start the 2019 with this wonderful and “timeless” wedding in Lake Como!

A few months ago, the entire Elisa Mocci Events Team flew to the shores of the Lake Como to celebrate a destination wedding in Italy: the love of Claudia and Roger, from Switzerland, who had one of the most “normal” but at same time interesting stories that my spouses have ever told me. They fell in love while beeing … neighbors! That’s right: living in front of each other, day after day, they realized that two apartments had to become one.

They dreamed the scenario of the romantic Lake Como to celebrate their love story, and for them (and their few, intimate guests) I suggested a private and wonderful location like Villa Pizzo in Cernobbio, an historical architecture, rich of precious details, stuccos and painted ceilings that can be admired for hours, hidden paths in the green and a sparkling lake that shines all the day.

The leitmotif of this Destination Wedding by the Lake? Romantic timeless songs: from John Legend to Ella Fitzgerald, with the help of the magic pen of the calligrapher Rossella Manganelli we created stunning details inspired by the most famous phrases of love in music, which have adorned small special corners (Including the table for the ceremony and the ritual of the sand, the aperitifs, the floreal-chic style lounges designed and created for the occasion).

Nothing more special than a celebration of Love. The love that literally makes you “knock on the door” of your soul mate… just asking for a cup of sugar!

So I wish you all that this new year will be full of unexpected twists and turns, that will change your life.
