Our strength? In our Team we're all different, crazy creative people. But one ting's for sure – we're damn good event designers.
We listen to your initial ideas and vision. being inspired by stories and images, then our Designers start sharing our ideas with you, transforming it into incredible designs.
This is what makes each event unique and rich of personality.
We will suggest you a budget estimation considering your ideas and Venue choice. This budget is the sum of our experience in similar project, as well a mix of rentals and custom realizations
We will share with you an Inspiration Board to be oriented between 2/3 variables in style
Our Designers Team will create a Detailed project for each area of the Wedding: from ceremony to the tables, special corners and Party
Once approved, we will detail our choices in terms of props, lightings, rentals and custom decors, including the finest details
We will personally produce in our warehouse the some decors, as well we rent from third suppliers. The Production Team will be present at the event to create the magic (and dismantle too at the end!)

Over the years we have acquired experience and relevance in the market, that it allows us to carefully select the suppliers to work with. This always guarantees you the best price/result for each service.
We know that negotiation is part of many cultures, but it is not well received in the Italian one. For that reason, when we present you a service, it has already been negotiated.
In addition: Elisa Mocci Events operates in the high-end market. It means that our goal is the quality of service, and the reputation of the providers who offer it, giving you the best options according to our experience.
If your primary goal is to cut costs (at all costs) we are not the right Company.
relationship with your guests
Suppliers must be selected among the ones suggested by Elisa Mocci Events.
This is mandatory to keep our standards in the process and the final result, and for you to enjoy your event experience.
We may accept your supplier's suggestions, and more than welcome to evaluate new brands and cooperations, if in line with our standards.
Elisa Mocci Events Team during the Planning & Design process only takes care of the relationship with the Clients.
Hotel or Group reservations for guests, Travel, Concierge and any support related to the guests must be agreed in advance. We know that this is a crucial part of a destination wedding, so we will guide you through the best solution in-house or with our partner Companies.
Differing from many in the industry, we are a Company and All of our team are employed, and follow office hours.
We are flexible in appointments that are comfortable with your timezone and lifestyle, but we do not bring home the work phone, nor are we freelancers who work h.24.
Organizing events is very serious work, which has extremely intense seasonal peaks, our mental health and free time is critical to be high performing and productive, and we ask our Clients to trust our timelines and our operational and creative process.
To ensure excellent execution of each wedding and an extreme care to our refined clients, we evaluate only a few, carefully selected, weddings per year, and a maximum of two per month.
We are a dependable, professional, and international renowned Company.
We have contracts that protect us and our customers.
We only offer a complete Planning & Design service. We do not work on percentage base; our fee is a fixed fee that is based on the event complexity and how many days it takes place. We will share our Pricing Guide after the first meeting.
